Gestionar la personalización
PrestaShop makes it possible for your customers to customize the product that they will buy.
Example: You are a jewelry retailer and your customers have the possibility to engrave their jewelry with a text or an image. Your customers can submit the text and/or the image when they place their order.
The advantage of this function is that it offers your customers a personal service, which they will without a doubt appreciate!
Let's look at how to configure this function. In the "Customization" tab on the left, you can indicate what type of context (file and/or text) can be personalized.

Ejemplo: Si es un minorista de joyería, sus clientes podrán tener la posibilidad de grabar sus joyas con un texto o una imagen. Sus clientes pueden enviar el texto y/o la imagen cuando realicen sus pedidos.
La ventaja de esta función es que ofrece a sus clientes un servicio personalizado, que sin ninguna duda ellos apreciarán.
Echemos un vistazo a cómo configurar esta funcionalidad. En la pestaña "Personalización" de la izquierda, puede indicar qué tipo de contexto (archivo y/o texto) puede ser personalizado.
- Campos de archivo. Coloca un botón de subida de archivos en la página de pedido. Cada botón sólo acepta un archivo, así que ponga tantos botones como archivos quiera permitir subir a sus clientes.
- Campos de texto. Coloca un campo de texto en la página de pedido. Puede añadir tantos campos de texto como sea necesario.
Ejemplo: Si permite un texto de 5 líneas, cada línea limitada a 14 caracteres, puede añadir 5 campos, e indicar el número de caracteres permitidos en la etiqueta del campo. No se puede limitar el número de caracteres de la cadena.
Once you have added the needed number for each field, click "Save and stay". The page will reload and display as many text fields as necessary. Fill every one of them with the appropriate public label: this will be an indicator for the customer, so be very specific about what you expect.
